Happy with quality of wood and stability, but piston mechanism needs work

Happy with quality of wood and stability. The piston mechanism used to push up the top panel needs work. I added a felt pad to the top to not damage the wood on panel on repeated contact. I also surrounded the cylinder with a felt O ring so the piston doesn't rub against the side wood. A separate stand to hold the wood panels when they are removed would be appreciated.
