Damaged Item Claim Policy
We take product quality and shipping safety seriously. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below to initiate a logistics damage claim.
To qualify for a claim, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:

Clear photos of the outer shipping box, showing the full box with the tracking number visible.

Close-up photos of any external box damage.

Detailed photos of the damaged product inside.
Submitting all required evidence at once will significantly increase the likelihood of a successful claim and help avoid rejection due to incomplete documentation.
Once we receive your information, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. The claim process typically takes approximately one month. During this time, we will arrange for a replacement shipment in advance to minimize inconvenience.
Please note that if packaging materials are discarded or required photos cannot be provided due to customer-related reasons, we will not be able to process a replacement.
