LED Kingswood (4×6'): The Royal Game Table

I ordered the 4x6' Kingswood table with a lot of accessories between November & December of 2025 and received my order throughout mid-March of 2026. Unfortunately, I did not receive any notification or tracking prior to receiving a partial delivery, and this resulted in some confusion on my part. I did reach out to customer service, and they were extremely helpful, efficient, and kind in sending me all tracking details quickly resolving my confusion. It would have been nice to have shipping details sent ahead of time, but I am grateful for the assistance.
The table and the items were all packaged very well and arrived largely damage free with a few exceptions. The wood slat table toppers have a very nice-looking finish on one side, but the underside has several scratches and other imperfections, it would have been great to have both sides damage free. The bottom slats had similar issues with their finish, and the power connection for the LED light adapter had the access hole drilled on the wrong side of the underside of the table, so I had to drill a new hole to make the connection, but that was a quick and simple fix. Other than that, the table is very nice and was easily assembled. One caution: Once assembled, the Kingswood 4x6' table is very heavy and difficult to lift high enough to flip over without risking damage to the legs. I could not flip the table over with the assistance of my wife, so we removed the bottom slats from the table, flipped it over, and then reattached the bottom slats. This made it much lighter and easier to flip without damaging anything, but it made it more difficult to reattach the bottom slats and took both of us to complete the process (one to hold the panel & the other to turn the screws).
All the accessories are very nice overall. The cup holders, deck & discard holders, and the bit & dice holders all fit well but not all would seat perfectly flat, but I didn't feel they were off enough to complain about - So just an FYI here. A second FYI is regarding the wooden writing board for tabletop RPGs. It is very nice but came with some assembly required and did not include a mounting template or any instructions. It was easy enough to assemble but would have been nice to have some guidance. A third FYI is regarding the solid wood blocker wall - table divider: It was packaged very well, but still arrived with some cosmetic damage, and worst of all it was too long to fit the table properly - It would not clear the LED light strip. I followed the Product Damage Claim instructions and submitted a claim via email. I received a timely response indicating that they are arranging a replacement, but I am still awaiting details and shipping confirmation. All other accessories I ordered are wonderful: memory foam armrests, topper storage rack, velvet playmat, wooden trays for board games, rail sitting card holders, and premium wooden LEGO building board - All excellent! And please know that the aforementioned cup holders, deck & discard holders, and bit & dice holders are all very nice with a clean finish as well.
Overall, I am very pleased with the final product and even though I experienced some issues, Box King was very efficient & kind in remedying all of my problems. I realize that my above comments may read as negative, but that is not my intention, I just want to be honest and mention all of the issues I had experienced so anyone reading my review and is considering a purchase may know what to watch for and what to expect. Please also know that I did need to exercise patience regarding the waiting period for the table and items, but I knew that going-in, and now that everything is assembled & all issues are resolved, save the wooden blocker, I can safely say that I'd recommend a purchase from Box King. The finished table looks very nice, things fit together well, and the overall feel of the table is sturdy and of quality. Lastly, I did send in several recommendations to Box King regarding my issues and they responded with gratitude while letting me know that the recommendations are being reviewed, so if actions are taken future purchases may not experience the same issues.
