Great product, but I had two missing parts, but great customer service.

I was going to rate it a 4/5 because mine unfortunately had two missing silicone pieces that cover the screws that go into the board. Customer service was very helpful and gave me a partial refund as they weren't able to send the two missing pieces due to potential shipping loss. That all said, the storage rack is great and helps us preserve the finish of the table top inserts when we are playing games. Highly recommend it.
