Shipping policy
1. Delivery Time
Pre-Order Items
●Order Processing: Begins in the first week of each month for orders placed the previous month.
●Production Time: 20-40 days.
●Shipping to US Warehouse: 30-40 days.
●Final Delivery: 3-10 days.
2. Shipping Restrictions & Remote Area Policy
Our warehouse does not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, nor to remote area addresses. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.
If you are unable to provide a street address, please contact our customer service team—we can arrange for a special shipment from our China warehouse.
Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for such arrangements.
For orders outside of the United States, deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may also incur extra shipping costs. We will notify you in advance if your address falls under this category.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary by location and product and will be calculated at checkout.
Remote Area Shipping Fees
Orders shipped to remote or extended delivery areas in the United States may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you if this applies before shipment.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships from our U.S. warehouse. For order status updates, please contact our support team at support@boxkinggaming.com.
5. About Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States, including to Europe and other international destinations, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We will make efforts to minimize these costs where possible, but we cannot guarantee that all fees will be avoided. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.
6. Returns & Exchanges
If you encounter any issues with your order, you can contact support@boxkinggaming.com within 30 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange.
7. Please Note
Orders can be canceled within 30 days of placement. Once production begins or the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
