I'm happy with my purchase overall. The cost, accessories, and general appearance are all good. However, the quality of the finish is poor, with several visible flaws. Delivery was also slower than expected, and the felt pad is cut incorrectly.

I really wanted to like this company/product.
However, there were frequent issues throughout my experience with them.
-Multiple items that I ordered were delayed up to 5 months with minimal communication and no indications of these delays at time of purchase
-Instructions for putting the table together were lacking and customer service was not helpful.
-the table itself needed two additional brackets screwed into each leg and table for stability.
I’d recommend going with a different company.
Hi Nick,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delays and shortcomings you experienced throughout your purchase, and we understand your frustration.
Some wooden accessories require extensive hand-finishing, which can make production more time-consuming. In addition, we identified edge-warping issues in a previous batch and temporarily paused shipments while addressing the quality concerns and arranging replacements for affected customers. We recognize that the resulting delays and insufficient communication fell short of your expectations, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We have also made several improvements based on customer feedback. Our assembly instructions have been comprehensively revised, and major products now include assembly videos to provide clearer guidance. Additionally, we have upgraded the table assembly hardware to help secure the legs more firmly and improve overall stability.
We understand that these improvements do not change the experience you had, and we regret that we fell short of providing the experience you expected. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we need to do better, and we remain committed to improving our products, communication, and customer support.

Working as intended!

This beautiful table is now the centerpiece of my basement and my new work from home space. I absolutely enjoy working hard all day, and then pulling the panels off at 5, and enjoying a game night afterward. Well worth the money!

After exhaustive hours searching and pricing, we settled with A Kingwood table 4x6 in the Cherry. It arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and set up very solid. The Cherry color looked even better in person. A very nice touch was that a touch up pen matching the color exactly came with the table.
What we liked about the Kingwood, was it was made of solid wood but wasn't priced to the moon like some of of the other worthwhile options out there. We wanted a nice gaming table we felt we could sit a whole party of people for TTRPG night or be able to set out large expansive board games. This table delivers.
In all the table is quality build, looks great, and functions exactly like we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase!
