“In stock” refers to products available in BoxKing’s U.S. warehouse. Stock can vary by size, color, and configuration, so check the specific option you select before ordering. U.S. warehouse availability does not indicate stock in other countries.

Where will my order ship from, and when will it arrive?

For the contiguous United States, in-stock orders ship from our U.S. warehouse, typically within 3 business days. Estimated delivery is within 3–10 days of purchase, including processing and transit.

All orders outside the United States ship directly from China, with delivery within 3 months of purchase. The U.S. warehouse’s 3–10-day delivery estimate does not apply to non-U.S. destinations.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, or destinations requiring special shipping arrangements, contact support@boxkinggaming.com before ordering to confirm availability and delivery timing.

What should I check before buying?

For gaming tables, compare the internal play area and overall dimensions. Confirm whether the selected configuration includes a tabletop cover, gaming mat, and cup holders.

For storage systems, check the unit dimensions and included shelves. For accessories and expansion kits, verify compatibility with your table or storage system and whether a separate base product is required. Accessories shown in product photos may be sold separately.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is capped at $149 per order. Remote areas and special shipping arrangements may incur additional charges.

Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and destinations outside the United States vary by location and the items ordered. Orders outside the United States may also incur import duties or taxes.
