Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Standard orders may be canceled within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not shipped.
Custom orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please email support@boxkinggaming.com with your order number.
Returns & Refunds for Quality Issues
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
We will offer a replacement shipment or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
Returns for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return a product for non-quality reasons (e.g. change of mind, personal preference), the following applies:
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
A 15% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and material loss
All returned items must be:
-In original packaging
-Unused and in resaleable condition

🛠️ 1-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All BoxKing tables and accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
✅ This warranty covers:
Structural defects in materials or workmanship
Warping, cracking, or separation of wooden components under normal use
Malfunctioning or faulty hardware (e.g. leg mechanisms, connectors)
❌ This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or modification
Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or surface scuffs
Damage from excessive moisture, heat, or environmental factors
Accidents, abuse, commercial use, or shipping damage after delivery
